Submission of the counsel for the applicant is that the court below has already issued corrosive measures which include process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr.P.C.
In such circumstances, the counsel for applicant does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and wants to invoke another jurisdiction.
In view of the above submission made by counsel for the applicant this anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as not pressed.
