Manharbhai vs Appearance :

[1] It is submitted by Mr.Prativ Shah, learned advocate for respondent no.1 that in the appeal from order the appellant has challenged the impugned order below injunction application. It is submitted that as per direction given by this Court in Appeal from Order No.238 of 2003, Civil Court has disposed of main suit and against which respondent no.1 has preferred appeal.

[2] In view of above, present MCA has become infructuous and same is disposed of. Notice discharged.
