Heard learned advocate for the applicants. It is stated that the original appellant-Budhaji Bhikhaji Thakor has expired on 05.04.2012 and therefore, the legal heirs are required to be impleaded. In view of the averments made in the application, the application is allowed in terms of Paragraph No.6(A) to (D).
Necessary amendments be carried out forthwith.
