By way of present application, the applicant seeks following corrections in the order dated 9.1.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.16964 of 2011.
The Crime Registered No.I-58 of 2011 instead of Crime Registered No.I-50 of 2011 (2) In Condition No.5(f) name of village is mentiioned as "Dolati". But it is to be read as village "Dolatram".
By typographical error Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code is not mentioned. The Section 452 of the Indian Penal Code be added in the order.
In view of averments made in the application, present application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out above corrections in the order dated 9.1.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.16964 of 2011.
