BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTE DATED 28.2.2012.
1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants and perused the note for speaking to Minutes. It is pointed out that F.A. No. 161 of 2002 was heard and disposed of by the common judgement dated 28.2.2012, passed in F.A. No. 1025 of 1998 and other allied matters by this Court. However, inadvertently the number of the said First Appeal was not mentioned in the cause tittle of the aforesaid judgment. Accordingly, it is directed that the Registry shall show F.A. No. 161 of 2002 in the cause little of the judgment dated 28.2.2012, passed in F.A. No. 1025 of 1998 and other allied matters.
2. With the above observation, the Speaking to Minutes is partly allowed.
