Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents State and Sri Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon respondent no. 2 to conclude the revisional proceedings under Section 333 of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, corresponding Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending since 2014-15 within shortest span of time. The sole prayer is for early disposal of the proceedings.
Learned Standing Counsel does not oppose the limited prayer so made for early disposal of the proceedings.
As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, with the consent of the parties, the matter is being disposed of at this stage without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide Revision No. 110/B, CNR No. C-2015150000167 (Mangla Prasad vs. Dhauri Devi), if there are no legal impediments and after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of Allahabad High Court.
