NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.22298 OF 2002 ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner sought for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner – society to allot house site in S.No.189 of Mangalagiri, Guntur District, in accordance with Memo dt.27.3.2001, issued by respondent No.1, as illegal and arbitrary.
A perusal of the proceedings sheet shows that on 7.11.2002 this Court granted interim direction to dispose of the proposal submitted by the Commissioner of Endowments.
At the hearing, no one represented the petitioner to apprise this Court of the development, if any, taken place in pursuance of the said interim direction. At any rate, since the petitioner claimed innocuous relief of consideration of its representation, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same, if not already done, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P. Nos.27966 and 29089 of 2002, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, are disposed of.
