Heard Sri K. K. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 and Sri Sudhir Bharti, learned counsel for respondent no. 4. Notice need not to be issued to respondent no. 5 and 6, at this stage.
This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents no. 1 to 4 to take necessary action against the respondents no. 5 and 6 by removing them from illegal encroachment from the Village/Pargana Padri Mehadiya, Post Khajuri Bazar Tappa Sidhuwa Jovna, Tehsil Khadda, Police Station Nebua Naurangiya District Kushinagar."
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondent no 2 to conclude the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Sub Rule 6 of Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 provides for the period in which proceedings initiated under Section 67 has to be concluded.
In view of the above, respondent no. 2 is expected to comply the provisions of Sub Rule 6 of Rule 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court.
Writ petition is disposed of.
