Instruction placed by learned Standing Counsel in the Court today, is taken on record.
In compliance of the order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has produced the OMR sheet of the petitioner.
A copy of the OMR sheet as produced before this Court, was also handed over to the counsel for the petitioner who has examined the same.
Having gone through the OMR sheet, the counsel for the petitioner is convinced that the OMR sheet of the petitioner was correctly checked and the marks provided are correct.
In view of the above, the Court finds that the allegation made in the writ petition are absolutely false. The cost as per the direction passed in earlier order of this Court is accepted towards the writ petition which turns out to be frivolous.
The demand draft submitted to this Court is taken on record and the same shall be diverted to the Registrar General to be adjusted against the Legal Services Authority.
Dismissed.
