After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner, who is aggrieved against the non-compliance of the order of the Apex Court dated 15th February, 2019 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.- 4169 of 2019, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to seek appropriate remedy at appropriate forum.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
