THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16063 of 2007 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in completing the investigation and filing appropriate report in Crime No.12 of 2007 of Sattnapalli Rural Police Station.
At the hearing, Ms. Vasuda Nagaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the police have filed a final report referring the case as “mistake of fact” before the jurisdictional Magistrate and that the petitioner filed a protest petition against the said report.
In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous, WPMP.No.20409 of 2007 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is also dismissed.
