Learned advocate for the petitioner has pointed out that the Court concerned, which entertained the HMP No.74 of 2012, allowed the petition u/s. 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a period of one year of marriage, without assigning any reasons and also without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner herein. He, therefore, urges that this is a clear violation of provision of Section 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

Let Notice be issued to the other side, returnable on 17th July, 2012. Direct service is permitted.
