JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the respondent in proceedings No.TN/CBE/RO/74/PDC/CC11/2007 and quash its order dated 29.02.2008.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the entire amount demanded in pursuant to the impugned proceedings has been paid.
Recording the said statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
