The Management Of Star Boxes India vs The Superintendent Of Police

Madras High Court|02 February, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner objected to the second remand by the appellate authority to the Monitoring Committee, but during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner was given opportunity to make his submissions before the Monitoring Committee. The Monitoring Committee reiterated its earlier opinion and thus, this writ petition has really become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
