Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner has made a prayer for a direction to the Additional Munsif IIIrd, Jaunpur to decide the 6C Application filed in Case No.1382 of 2000 (Man Bahadur Singh Vs. Surya Prakash and others) which is pending before him within stipulate time period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is urgency with regard to 6C application moved in aforesaid case. He further submits that the respondents are interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the Arazi Nos.326 and 327 (Old No.449) situated in Village Sihipur, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur and also raising construction in the said abadi land as well as sahan of the petitionerrs.
Considering the pendency of the case, which is pending since 2000, it appears appropriate to direct the Additional Munsif IIIrd, Jaunpur to decide the 6C application filed in Case No.1382 of 2000 (Man Bahadur Singh Vs. Surya Prakash and others) as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of four months.
