Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jaunpur to decide the Criminal Complaint Case No.1396 of 2016 (Mamta vs. Anjani), under Sections 498-A, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Jaunpur, within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jaunpur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
