Heard learned counsel for the revisionists on delay condonation application.
This delay condonation application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been moved on behalf of the applicant-revisionists with a prayer to condone the delay in filing this revision, which is reported to be beyond limitation by 91 days.
The reasons shown in the affidavit appended to the delay condonation application appear to be sufficient. Accordingly, the prayer so made is accepted and the instant application stands allowed.
Office is directed to allot a regular number to this revision.

This revision is preferred against the judgment and order dated 10.06.2019 passed by the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court (IV), Additional Family Court, Bulandshahar, in Maintenance Case No. 545 of 2017 (Smt. Mamta and Another v. Tika Ram), Police Station - Ahmadgarh, District - Bulandshahar, whereby application of the applicant under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. has been rejected on the ground of jurisdiction.
Matter requires consideration.
Learned A.G.A. has already accepted notice on behalf of the State.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2, returnable within four weeks.
Opposite parties may file counter affidavit within three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
