Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A for the State.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 05.09.2020 registered as Case Crime No. 0920 of 2020 (State of U.P. Vs. Kamlesh Verma), under Section 354(A) IPC, Section 7, 8 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act at Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj.
The petitioners herein are parents of the accused, who is admittedly absconding. The petitioners are not accused as on date in the present case crime number as such this petition on their behalf is premature. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.
