3. In this writ petition, petitioner has assailed the validity of the notice dated 14.07.2015 for settling a sale proclamation.
4. This writ petition is pending before this Court since 2016, in which, no interim order has been passed.
5. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 29.07.2016. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner even when the matter is called today. It appears that nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
