Considering the averments made in the application, the applicants desire to bring on record further development in the matter which took place after the earlier order passed by this Court (Coram :J.C. Upadhyaya, J.) on 9.9.2011. Ms. Dasani has no objection if the amendment as prayed for is granted.
4. In view of the above, the application is allowed. Rule made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
