The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 134 of 2017 in S.T. No. 42/2018, u/s 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 D.P.
Act, P.S. Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the deceased died on account of strangulation within three and half years of the marriage. The applicant is husband of the deceased and he has not offered any plausible and satisfactory explanation for the death of his wife inside his house, I do not find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
