The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No. 835/2002 has filed the instant petition for a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within two months.
It is urged that the petitioner is a bona fide purchaser for value and is being subjected to unnecessary harassment because of pendency of the suit, since a long time.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
