This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the proceedings initiated under Section 67(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 may be concluded expeditiously. It has further been stated that objection has also been filed on 20.10.2018.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the proceedings initiated under Section 67(2) of the Code, be concluded within a period of 90 days from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
