JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail for the purpose of farming.
From jail remarks, we find that the applicant-convict has enjoyed temporary bail and furlough leave in December-2011 / January, 2012.
Considering the totality of the facts, discretion does not deserve to be exercised.
Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
