Application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. Petitioners are accused 1 and 2 in Crime No.565 of 2014 of Taliparamba Police Station registered for offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the accused persons approached the petitioner demanding `4,00,000/-. The amount was paid on 03.03.2013. Petitioners issued a cheque in discharge of that liability, which was dishonoured.
3. Heard both sides.
4. Considering the nature of allegations, I find that the petitioners can be enlarged on bail with following conditions:
i. Petitioners shall surrender before the Investigating Officer within a period of seven days from today and submit themselves for interrogation. Thereafter, they shall be released on bail in Crime No.565 of 2014 of Taliparamba Police Station on each one of them executing bonds for `25,000/- (Rupees twentyfive thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

ii. Petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
iii. Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate witnesses.
iv. They shall not meddle with the investigation in any manner.
v. If any one of the above conditions is violated by the petitioners, the learned Magistrate having jurisdiction is free to cancel the bail.
