When the matter is taken up today, Mr.Pranav S.Dave, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the petition has become infructuous as Resolution No.771 dated 30.08.2007, passed by the Standing Committee of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, has been suspended by order dated 26.07.2010, of the State Government. A copy of the said order is taken on the record of the case.
Mr.M.I.Hava, learned advocate for the petitioners, submits that he is not in receipt of the order dated 26.07.2010 of the State Government.
The learned advocate for the petitioners may take instructions by the next date of hearing.
