This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs:
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.05.2021 as Case Crime no. 52/2021, under Sections 147, 148,149,452,307,504 and 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Fariha, District-Firozabad. "
At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of averments, contained in the counter affidavit, apprised to the Court that the charge-sheet, qua to the petitioner nos. 2 to 5, has already been submitted in the Court concerned and so far as complicity to the first petitioner is concerned, inquiry is going on.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as infructuous leaving it open to the petitioner no. 1 to invoke the remedy available to him under law.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said persons (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
