Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
It appears that the petitioner was working as Cadre- Secretary in U.P. Cooperative Bank Ltd., Bharthana, Etawah and he retired on 28.04.2014. The petitioner has wrote several applications for payment of retiral dues however, he has not been paid the same.
The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection if this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 Secretary/Chief Executive Officer, Etawah District Cooperative Bank Ltd., Etawah to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 04.10.2017 as expeditiously as possible say within a period of four weeks. If any dues are found to be admissible, the respondent no. 5 shall ensure payment to be made to the petitioner within a further period of three months.
