Pramodhini Kishan, AGA for R-1 to R3) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India praying to call for the entire records from the office of Block Education Officer i.e. the Respondent No.4 in respect of Mahila Samaja, New extension, Kolar.
This Writ Petition coming on for Hearing this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned Addl. Government Advocate Smt. Pramodhini Kishan having appeared for the official respondents has filed a memo dated 03.01.2019 producing a copy of order dated 06.02.2016 to the effect that the recognition to the petitioner Institution has been already accorded for the academic year 2014-15 to 2018-19 and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous, there being no need to quash as sought for the impugned communication dated 05.03.2015 at Annexure-H.
2. In view of the above submission of the Addl.
Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed off as having become infructuous.
Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make representation to the concerned official-respondents for redressal of other grievance, if any.
