Learned counsel for respondent no.4 states that counter affidavit has been served on earlier counsel for the petitioners.
Sri Raj Kumar Sharma, Advocate states that he has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners but his name has not been printed in the cause list.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is granted a week's time to file rejoinder affidavit.
It is stated by learned counsel for the parties that they have talked with their clients who have told them that there is every possibility of petitioner no.2 settling all the differences with her husband, respondent no.4. In this behalf, a joint affidavit may be filed on the next date in case both the parties have decided to lead happy marital life.
List this case on 7.05.2019, showing the name of Sri Raj Kumar Sharma as counsel for the petitioners. On that date, respondent no.4 shall remain present before this Court along with the corpus, Mahi, petitioner no.1.
