1. Heard Mr.Ansari, learned advocate for the petitioner.

2. Leave to amend so as to place on record the copy of the order dated 24.12.2010 passed in Special Civil Application No.9335 of 2005 as Annexure-F.

3. The amendment will be carried out on or before 30.03.2011.

4. After the amendment is carried out, the Registry will issue Notice to the respondents. Notice to be made returnable on 20th April, 2011 by which time the respondent authorities may either pass appropriate orders as may be considered appropriate and necessary or file reply to the petition.
