Rule. Mr.J.K. Shah, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent State of Gujarat.
Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record.
By way of this application, it is prayed by the applicant to release him on temporary bail for the period of 30 days on the ground of sickness of his real sister viz. Pushpaben.
Considering the facts and circumstances narrated in the application as well as considering the sickness of real sister of the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/9164/2015 ORDER authority to release the petitioner on temporary bail for thirty days, from the actual date of release, on usual terms and conditions.
Under the above circumstances, petition is allowed as prayed for. Rule is made absolute. Direct Service is permitted.
