Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Court concerned to decide Original Suit No. 1267 of 2014, under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that on the last date itself, the matter had to be adjjourned on account of lawyers abstaining from work.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued, at this stage.
It is expected that the Court concerned, in absence of any legal impediment, shall bring the suit proceeding to its logical conclusion keeping in mind the provisions of section 21_B of the Hindu Marriage Act.
