Heard Sri P.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner by means of this writ petition wants that the electricity poles be removed from his agricultural plots no. 801 and 803 situate at village Badaruddin Nagar Nanhu Pargana and Tehsil, Sardhana, District Meerut.
The aforesaid grievance of the petitioner can be looked into by the District Magistrate in exercise of powers under the Works of Licenses Rules, 2006.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the District Magistrate concerned. In case any such grievance is raised by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate shall deal with it and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within three months.
The petition is disposed of.
