Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sant Ram Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Nagar Panchayat.
The petitioner claims himself to be a registered contractor with the Nagar Panchayat and he has performed certain works but payment has not been made to him.
In this regard, the petitioner may make a representation to the Chairman, Nagar Panchayat, Sarila, District Hamirpur, who will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
