Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
i) Direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Kasya Kushi Nagar to decide the Case No.1829 of 2017 (Mahendra Chaube Vs. Paras and others) along with 6-C application within certain stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Considering over all facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to conclude the hearing of the aforesaid 6-C application and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law and after recording satisfaction regarding service of summons and giving full opportunity of hearing to all the contesting parties, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of copy of this order.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
