This public interest litigation has been filed to seek a direction for enquiry in regard to allegation of misappropriation of public money in the Village Panchayat Jamgayee, Block Ghorawal, Tehsil Ghorawal, District Sonbhadra.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that enquiry has already been initiated in reference to the allegations.
In view of the above, no purpose remains to keep this writ petition pending rather it is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry within four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and to take action subject to outcome of the enquiry.
