Learned APP Mr. L.B. Dabhi waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondent - State.
This application is filed by the convict-applicant for releasing him on temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of religious ceremony.
Considering the averments made in the application and the jail remarks, the applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his actual release on executing a personal bond of Rs. 5,000/- before the Jail Authority, and on usual terms and conditions. The applicant shall surrender to the jail authority on completion of the bail period without fail. Rule is made absolute to the above extent.
Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Authority.
