1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this writ petition. Shri A. K. Gaur, learned Senior Counsel is present for respondents. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ of certiorari setting aside the final order dated 20.03.2013 as well as the Review order dated 09.05.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal Allahabad in O.A. No. 1573 of 2011 and Review Application No. 15/2013 respectively.
(ii) issue a writ order or direction of certiorari quashing the dismissal order dated 30.05.2011 whereby the petitioner was dismissed from service as well as the appellate order dated 27.10.2011 passed by Respondent Railway Authorities.
(iii) Issue a further writ order or direction of the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to reinstate the petitioner and pay him all consequential benefits in accordance with law."
3. We ourselves have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or the petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits and that is why, counsel for petitioner is absent.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
