Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that his representation dated 26.10.2021 contained in annexure No.4 to the writ petition, raising all the grievances and preferred before respondent No.3, may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
3. Learned Standing counsel does not have any objection if such a direction is issued.
4. In view of above, without entering into merits of the claim of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Food Commissioner (Civil Supplies), U.P. at Lucknow to consider the decide petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2021, contained in Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date a copy of this order is placed before him, in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.
