The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below before whom MPL Appeal No. 01 of 2015 is pending to decide the same within a specified time frame.
Since complete typed copy of the order-sheet has not been filed, therefore, this Court is unable to ascertain the reason why the appeal could not be disposed of so far.
Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty to file afresh annexing therewith complete typed copy of the order-sheet.
Certified copy of the documents shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
