The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed praying for quashing of order dated 24.08.2021 passed by the C.J.M., Mathura, in Misc. Case No. 1746/XII/2021 (Mahant Amandeep Singh Vs. Adarshpal Gupta) U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. P.S.- Vrindavan, District- Mathura.
The applicant has approached this Court against the dismissal of the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. The order passed by the court below does not suffers from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error requiring any interference by this court. The application lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed.
Hence the present application is accordingly dismissed. It is open for the applicant to file a complaint before the court below.
