JUDGMENT / ORDER

In response to previous order dated 11/07/2011, learned advocate Mr. Shah for the respondent has today submitted that his client is ready to report to the mediation process so as to resolve the controversy between the parties. Learned advocate Mr. Patel for the petitioner has submitted that his client has no objection and is agreeable for process of mediation, if the controversy between the parties can be resolved through the said process. Hence, the office is directed to forward papers of present petition to the mediation center at the High Court, for the purpose of mediation. The registry shall intimate the office of the mediation center to issue intimation to the learned advocates for the petitioner and respondent to attend the mediation proceedings (with the respective clients) on an early date and try to complete the proceedings, if possible, by 10/03/2012.
