1. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner and with liberty to agitate all the available contentions including contentions sought to be raised in the present petition before appropriate forum, petition was not pressed for any order on merits in view of availability of alternative remedies. Therefore, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid and without entering into merits of any contentions raised in the petition.
