By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought that the respondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar Ahiraula, Tehsil-Budhanpur, district-Azamgarh be directed to decide the Case No.00761/2019 (Computer Case No.T-201915060600761, (Smt. Madhuri Vs. Anokhe Lal), under section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Village-Bankat, Pargana-Kaudiya, Tehsil- Budhanpur, District-Azamgarh pending before the court of Naib Tehsildar Ahiraula, Tehsil-Budhanpur, district-Azamgarh.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.2, Naib Tehsildar Ahiraula, Tehsil-Budhanpur, district-Azamgarh, that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months in accordance with law unless there is any legal impediment.
