The defect, if any, pointed out by the Stamp Reporter may be rectified by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case bearing No.569 of 2019, (Madhuri Singh Vs. Indrakali @ Nanki and Others), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case bearing No.569 of 2019, (Madhuri Singh Vs. Indrakali @ Nanki and Others), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
