Learned APP, Ms. C.M. Shah, waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent State.
This application through jail has been filed by the applicant-convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of religious ceremony.
3. In view of the religious ceremony, the presence of the applicant-convict is necessary. Considering the facts of the case as also the jail record, the applicant-convict is ordered to be enlarged on temporary bail for a period of 15 days from the date of her release on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5000/- (rupees five thousand only) to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on usual terms and conditions. On completion of the above period, the applicant-convict shall surrender to the concerned jail authority forthwith. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
4. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned jail authority.
