1. Heard Sri Gyanendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. This is the second bail application moved by accused- applicant for enlarging her on bail in Case Crime No. 805 of 2016, under Sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Farrukhabad, District Farrukhabad.
3. Applicant is mother-in-law. Marriage was solemnized on 25.12.2015 and within one year of marriage daughter of Informant died due to burn injuries at the residence of applicant. First Information Report has been lodged by father of deceased girl and not by in-laws. Informant has supported FIR version. Cause of death is also verified by post mortem report. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
