The instant petition has been filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 892/2016, within a time specified by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason to warrant issuing such a direction in a suit instituted in the year 2016, giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same Court. However, it is left open to the petitioner to make such request for expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the trial Court itself.
With these observations, the instant petition is disposed of.
