Petitioner is a Constable in U.P. Police. It is alleged that he met with an accident while on duty and various medical bills have been submitted to the concerned authority, but despite expiry of sufficient period, no decision has been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioner's claim would be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before the respondent no. 2 alongwith a certified copy of this order, within three weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of his claim. The concerned authority shall accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. All consequential action shall be taken accordingly.
